Green Zero Emissions Actuation Solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry

We are excited to share Bray’s latest green/zero emissions valve actuation solutions for the Oil & Gas Industry. Today’s ever tightening environmental regulations are restricting the options for powering remotely located and safety-related valve actuators. In an era where more valves are required to be remotely operated the challenge is how to transition away from actuators that vent to the atmosphere. The Series 92/93EH Low Pressure and Series 98EH High Pressure Electro-Hydraulic actuators offer independent electrically powered valve actuation and modern electronic controls that meet the most stringent safety standards.

The Oil & Gas industry uses a wide range of valve sizes and pressures in Upstream and Midstream applications where the availability of a clean power supply can be challenging. By working with the customer on a case-by-case basis Bray can explore the best solution using an existing limited on-site electric supply or design and deliver a self-contained solar charged power solution for standalone performance. During this webinar, we will discuss the benefits and control features available when using hydraulic actuation including SIL and Electronic Partial Stroke Testing. As a premium actuator manufacturer, Bray also retrofits actuators on existing valves including site supervision and start up services.
