Child & Forced Labor Policy

Bray International, Inc. and its subsidiaries are committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour and child labour within our operations and throughout our supply chains.

For the financial year ending 31 December 2025, Bray applied a risk‑based approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks across our global business. This included setting clear expectations through our Supplier Code of Conduct, conducting supplier screening and due diligence, providing training for relevant employees, and maintaining confidential reporting channels through the Bray Ethics Portal.

Our supply chains include manufacturers and service providers across multiple regions and activities. We recognise that risks can be higher in complex, multi‑tier supply chains and labour‑intensive services, and we continue to strengthen transparency, monitoring and supplier engagement.

This statement outlines the steps Bray is taking to help ensure forced labour and child labour are not present in our operations or supply chains.
