Durable and Easy to Maintain

Actuator enclosure is hard anodized with an external polyester coating finish. The local mechanical indicator is UV resistant and suitable for outdoor applications. The stainless-steel actuator cover bolts are captive to prevent loss during field maintenance. The cover uses an O-ring seal to avoid moisture ingress and prevent internal corrosion.

Series 76 Industrial Electric Actuator

Precise Valve Seating

Adjustable limit switch cams and mechanical travel stops (+/- 10°) are easily accessible for precise valve seating with lock nuts, washers and O-ring seals to prevent movement and to protect against moisture ingress.

Series 76 Industrial Electric Actuator

Mechanical Limit and Torque Switches

Limit switch cams are directly connected to the drive shaft for accurate seating of valve position in either open or close direction. 4 limit switches available for limit seating valves with two being dedicated for customer use. 2 torque switches available (size 2+) to provide protection from an over torque condition. Additional limit and torque switches are also available.

Series 76 Industrial Electric Actuator

Padlockable Manual Override

The manual override is engaged using a lever and clutch mechanism requiring minimal force. The actuator will remain in manual mode until the motor is energized. Upon motor start up, the manual override automatically disengages, returning the actuator to remote operation. The manual override mechanism can be padlocked in either remote operation or manual mode to prevent unauthorized operation.
