SERIES 70
The R4 is by far the most compact, lowest profile design of any electric actuator delivering comparable torque
output. Thorough research and many years of field experience have gone into the development of this state-of-the-art actuator – the product
of the future. This design offers the advantages of greatly reduced space requirements, lighter weight and ease
of installation and maintenance when compared to other electric actuators. When mounted directly to Bray valves, the R4 is especially compact.
SERIES 73
Bray Controls’ generations of innovative electric actuators have a proven record of success. Building
on this record, Bray has combined engineering expertise and years of field experience to produce the
R5. This red, rectangular electric actuator for rotary valves delivers highly reliable service at a reduced
price. The R5 meets the needs of 21st Century industrial applications at a price that is unmatched.
SERIES 74
On-Off Series 74 units have a 120 or 220 VAC 50/60 Hz single phase permanent split-capacitor reversible
induction motor. These motors feature a built-in thermal overload protector with automatic reset.
12/24 VAC/ VDC On/Off and Modulating units & 110/220 VAC Modulating units have brush/commutator DC motors.
3-Phase motors are also available upon request.
Die-cast aluminum cover and base are waterproof and meet NEMA 4, 4X, 6 and IP 67 specifications.
The enclosure features a high-quality gray polyester powder coating offering exceptional corrosion,
wear, impact and ultraviolet resistance.
SERIES 90/91
Styling, strength, compactness, and simplicity of design have been combined to produce the best rotary
actuator on the market today. Bray Controls is proud to expand this successful line of high performance,
highest quality pneumatic actuators, the Series 90/91. We have developed through engineering excellence
and precision manufacturing a space saving, modular product line. Many features previously available only
as options are built into the Bray Series 90/91. This results in reduced overall size requirements and
economic savings. In addition the Brayline Accessories are fully modular and directly mount to the
actuator – providing flexibility and efficiency at reduced cost.
SERIES 92/93

highest quality pneumatic actuators, the Series 92/93.
